In 1998, TheBody.com received the Global Information Infrastructure award for best online community, and in 2000, it was named best health website by Time Inc. Health.

To date, a dozen major pharmaceutical manufacturers have sponsored long-term initiatives using the ExpertViewpoint™ system, in HIV/AIDS medicine and in oncology.
